Super Bowl 50!

Surprised the hell out of me that the Denver Broncos went to Super Bowl 50. I’ve been disappointed by the Broncos before.

Well, I didn’t go but two friends did!

Gabe Christus is the photo editor for the Aurora Sentinel and an official photographer for the Denver Broncos. Dana Pennington is a fashion photographer in Los Angeles. Dana’s mom got him tickets to go and since San Francisco is in the neighborhood, they went together. Gabe, Dana and I met at Metro State College and we’ve been friends ever since.

I texted with them before the game and asked them to find each other and send me a photo. They did and here it is – the closest I’ll ever get to the Super Bowl!
